We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:
Australia: 3–7 business days.
International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services and customs processing.
International customers may be responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your ANNA HULM purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your garment within 30 days of delivery.

We offer a full refund of the purchase price for eligible returns.
For change-of-mind returns, garments must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned garment has been received and inspected.
To arrange a return or exchange, please email hello@annahulm.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.
For faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products, we will provide remedies in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including covering reasonable return shipping costs where required.
